A night out

Last evening my husband and I had dinner at the "Century House Tavern" in Woodstock.

This is the old house that has been sitting empty for several years in the heart of downtown Woodstock. It is now a booming restaurant.

The food is tasty, wide variety on the menu and the house is nicely decorated keeping the historical integrity. The porch and patio seating are delightful with the cooler weather.

Downtown Woodstock is changing everyday. More businesses and little parking for the patrons is discouraging but with patience you will find a spot and enjoy your evening.

"Maxwell Cigar Lounge" in the heart of the historic district is really a busy meeting spot for many of the cigar connoisseurs; men and women.

The lounge features fine cigars and accessories, beer, wine and a place to enjoy them all, regardless of the weather.  Relax on our leather chairs, watch a game, or just chill. It's getting harder and harder to find a place that allows indoor smoking, but at Maxwell's, it's business as usual. Very busy spot and a great place to visit after a nice dinner in the local area. Enjoy!
