Johnson, Nelda Frances (nee Blackmon), 86, of Woodstock, GA, formerly of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 following an extended illness. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shelia and Jack Campbell of Woodstock, GA and Carole and Rickie Johnson of Buchanan, GA; one son and daughter-in-law, Mitchel and Yvette Johnson of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Chris (Sheryl) Campbell, June (Rick) Kornacki, Chantel Campbell, Joshua Campbell, Joseph (Brandy) Campbell, Britni (Keith) Miltner, Ian Johnson, Lexi Johnson, Brandt Johnson; great-grandchildren, Melissa and Jacob Campbell, Clay and Darien Davenport, Ryan and Rachel Kornacki, Zackary Gordon, Ashley Campbell; nephew Chalmous (Leslee) McElveen, and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Barney Johnson and her grandson, Officer Jason Campbell. Greenville N.C. Police Department. The viewing will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013, 1pm-2:30pm at Northside Chapel Funeral Home, 12050 Crabapple Road , Roswell GA. A Funeral service will be held immediately afterward at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held in Pinewood Memorial Cemetery, Greenville, NC, on Saturday, February 23, 2013 Interment handled by Wilkerson Funeral Home.
