MADISONVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three men suspected of cashing stolen checks in eight states.

A statement from police on Friday says checks in amounts ranging from $950 to $999 have been cashed at banks in Kentucky, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Police say the men have used different names when cashing the checks, but their photos are the same.

The suspects are described as Hispanic males ranging in age from mid-20s to mid-50s.

Anyone with information is urged to call police at 270-676-3313.
