DECATUR, Ga. (AP) — Attorneys for a woman accused of arranging for her husband to be killed have filed a motion requesting 13 of the 16 charges against her be dismissed.

Andrea Sneiderman’s lawyers filed the motion Monday and said prosecutors didn’t address allegations that she lied to police and concealed evidence.

Sneiderman is accused of arranging for her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Rusty Sneiderman in 2010.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Sneiderman’s attorneys argue charges of perjury, providing false statements and concealing material facts are vague and aren’t specific enough as required by due process clauses.

Sneiderman pleaded not guilty to 16 charges that were brought against her two weeks ago in a new indictment.

A jury found Neuman guilty but mentally ill of killing Rusty Sneiderman.
