Mr. R.T. Milford, 103, of Ball Ground, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 pm Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Clyde Boling officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 pm until 7 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Milford was a member of Conns Creek Baptist Church and a retired diesel mechanic. He enjoyed hunting and working on old cars. Survivors include his daughter, Willie Melba Frost; grandchildren, William Bradley Frost, Robert Wayne Freeman and Charles Marty Freeman; special friend Polly Solomon; 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
