PACE, William N.
William N. Pace, 76 of Acworth, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta. Mr. Pace, a Georgia native, was a veteran of the U.S. Naval Air Reserve. He worked for Prudential Life Insurance Co. as a senior underwriter. He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Pace and son, Jeffrey Pace. Survivors include 4 sons, William Neil Pace, Jr. of Cartersville, Jason G. Pace of Acworth, Paul Erik Pace of Powder Springs & Casey Pace of Jacksonville, FL; 1 daughter, Valerie Hemmila of MA; 1 sister, Shirley Pace of Charlotte, NC; 8 grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m., Friday and 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
