Troy Lee Shelley, age 92, of Marietta, GA passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012. Private services will be held at a later date. Mr. Shelley was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps, having served during WWII and the Korean War. Afterwards, he worked at Lockheed for 25 years before retirement. He spent the last 30 years lovingly known as “Farmer Troy” at Lake Laura Gardens in West Cobb. Survivors: wife, Louise Shelley; daughter, Lynn Sanders; son, Steve Shelley; sister, Carol Stafford; brother, Bob Shelley; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
