Welchel reported receiving $600 in contributions during the most recent period, boosting his overall total to $1,419.99.
He spent $176.43 for the June 30 reporting period, bringing his total expenditures to $832.31.
Along with reporting a $500 loan he made to himself during the period, the candidate currently has $587.68 cash in the bank.
