A Rydal man indicted over the summer as a co-defendant in a methamphetamine trafficking case has pleaded guilty to drugs and weapons charges. In a non-negotiated deal with the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office, Chris Burger was sentenced to eight years of probation for his part in an incident that unfolded April 6 on Lower Burris Road near Clayton Food Store.
