After receiving new complaints about a hazardous material smell emitting from a local facility, city officials are considering taking action. The facility, International Marble Inc., a cultured marble and vanity manufacturing plant, reached a settlement with the state Environmental Protection Division in late March to pay a $7,500 fine, and EPD officials say the plant is now in compliance with state guidelines.
