The man who police said fled from authorities in May by floating down the Etowah River on a log will soon be in court, after a grand jury indicted him on three charges. Terry Raymond Spriggs, 42, of Canton, was indicted last week on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and theft by receiving stolen goods.
