David Gibbs, 57, of Canton, GA passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Kennestone Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, from the Darby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Monroe Gunter, Rev. Kent Samples, Rev. Richie Gibbs and Rev. Rick Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Cherokee Memorial Park. Family will receive friends on Friday from 10-9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 until the funeral hour. Survivors include wife, Debbie Gibbs, Canton, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Lee & Monica Gibbs, Canton, GA; daughter. Kellie Owen, Canton, GA; brother, Jerry Gibbs, Canton, GA; 4 grandchildren, Cody Reed, Bailey Reed, Ella Gibbs, Sarah Owen, all of Canton.
