Bozicevich was convicted on Wednesday in the 2008 slayings of Staff Sgt. Darris Dawson and Sgt. Wesley Durbin at a patrol base outside Baghdad.
Fort Stewart spokesman Kevin M. Larson says the government has completed its arguments in the sentencing phase and the defense will begin its case next.
The panel will consider whether to sentence the 41-year-old Bozicevich to life with parole or life without parole.
Bozicevich admitted to the killings but testified that the sergeants had threatened him. Prosecutors say he killed the men in anger after they criticized his performance.
