William McKinley Woodall Jr., age 85, of Ball Ground, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening and driving his tractor. William is preceded in death by his parents, William and Ivy Woodall Sr. and his brothers Bobby Joe and Howard Henry Woodall. Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Jeanette Brannon Woodall; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Gayle Woodall of Mitchell, GA; daughter and fiancée, Donna Hammond and Bobby Causey of Cumming; grandchildren, Corey Woodall, Jody Woodall, Cortney Hammond, Taylor Mackinley Hammond, Amanda and Wess Gay; great grandchildren, Nicholas Woodall, Kody Woodall; sister, Marie Gibby; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and J.L. Wyatt; brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Francis Woodall; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 18, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Gober and Rev. Sylvester Ridings officiating. Interment will follow in New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until hour of service at the funeral home.
