Several media outlets reported Thursday that a gunman opened fire inside a FedEx building in the Chicago suburb of Bedford Park. It was not immediately clear whether injuries had been reported.
A Bedford Park police dispatcher would only say there was a gunman before hanging up the phone Thursday morning. The city’s mayor referred all calls to police.
