Talk about rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic!

Our economy, while better than most in the world, isn't creating jobs. Creating a workforce is supposed to be a byproduct of a good economy.

It isn't happening.

We are sending our young people and our taxpayer money into harm's way for the protection of Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, Egypt, South Korea...pretty much everybody except Cuba, Iran and the United States. Meanwhile our own borders leak like a sieve and anyone who thinks there should be rules about letting people in, is called a racist xenophobe.

But thanks to our news media we all have a good idea on where our elected officials stand on the issue of gay marriage.
