WOODSTOCK — The Woodstock Downtown Development Authority is expected to review a facade grant application during its meeting on Thursday.

The meeting is expected to begin at 6 p.m. at the Chambers at City Center.

The owners of the building at 8722 Main St. are applying for a grant to make improvements to its exterior. The DDA’s facade grant improvement program reimburses property owners up to $5,000 for improvements made.

The DDA is also expected to discuss providing a shuttle service to shoppers at the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta when it opens and consider a travel authorization for Executive Director Billy Peppers to attend the Georgia Downtown Conference in LaGrange.

Peppers is also expected to discuss opportunity zones and Building B at the former Woodstock Community Church.

The board is expected to meet in executive session to discuss property acquisition.
