Jordan Thomas Hill, age 23, of Woodstock, GA passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 in Atlanta. Jordan was an avid baseball player with East Cherokee Baseball League and a Sous Chef at several notable Atlanta Area Restaurants. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 13, 2012, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Pastor Charlie Pharis officiating. Interment will follow at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, October 12, 2012, and prior to funeral on Saturday at South Canton Funeral Home.
