James “Marvin” Poole, Sr., age 67, of Waleska, GA passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012 at his residence. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, October 23, from the Little Refuge Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Wright, Rev. Edwin Bishop, and Rev. Bobby McFarland officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery. Preceded in death by: father, Ernest Poole, and brother, Herman Pool. Survivors include: wife- Christine Denson Poole, Waleska; sons- James Marvin Poole, Jr., Jasper; Shane (Jenny) Poole, Waleska; daughter- Lena (Zach) Sowell, Waleska; mother- Ola Darby Poole, Waleska; brother- Ronald (Linda) Poole, Waleska; sisters- Louise Poole, Canton; Charlotte (Ed) Sims, Waleska; Wanda (Ray) McNeese, Waleska; grandchildren - Amber & Cody Dotson, Clinton & Mattie Poole, Amanda Poole, Courtnie Poole; great grandchild, Claire Dotson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
