BROOKS, Lottie E.
Mrs. Lottie E. Brooks, 88, of Acworth, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Heritage Hospice in Marietta. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Kent Samples officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends all day on Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Brooks was a member of Woodstock United Methodist Church. She was a retired waitress and enjoyed singing and dancing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Brooks and sons, Jerry Brooks and Anthony Brooks; survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie (Don) Smith of Acworth; granddaughter, Jennifer Wilkie of Acworth; sister, Betty Gunnin of Greenville, GA.
