Miguel Angel Gonzalez, age 85, of Canton, GA passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Gonzalez was a member of the American Legion Alpharetta Post 201, and the National Mail Carrier Association. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, December 19, from the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with Father Larry Niese officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 1:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday at South Canton Funeral Home. Survivors include: Wife- Angelica Gonzalez, Canton, Sons- Michael (Datys) Gonzalez, Canton; Rafael Gonzalez, Canton; Angelo (Janice) Gonzalez, Canton. Daughter- Anna Gonzalez, Canton. Sisters- Ana Awilda D’Andrade, Bronxville, NY; Violeta McEniry, Yonkers, NY. 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren also survive.
