Shirley Mae Watts Rampley, age 71 of Talbotton, GA, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at her residence. Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at her residence, 1970 Geneva Hwy., Talbotton, GA. Mrs. Rampley was born May 2, 1941 in Murphy, NC, the daughter of Roy Lee Watts and Zelia Mae Tipton Watts. She was retired as an Inspector for the USDA and was of the Penecostal faith. She was preceded in death by 2 sons; Sammy Lee Rampley and Steven Henry Rampley. Survivors include 3 daughters; Sue Bishop (Rob) of Ellijay, GA, Rachael Rampley of Talbotton, GA, and Becky Marshall (Billy) of Canton, GA; a son, Tim Rampley of Canton, GA; a brother Jack Watts of Rome, GA, and a sister, Rathel Quals of Junction City, GA; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
