Harrison scored first on a free kick by Kelsey Ziegler in the 33rd minute, but Etowah tied the score when Kelsey Meyers scored off a cross from Caroline Waters.
Neither team scored again and the game went to penalty kicks, where Etowah won 4-3.
Four seniors scored for Etowah, including Jaclyn Miller, Kellie Haggerty, Caroline Waters and Erin Moore who got the game-winner.
Sophomore goalkeeper Hannah Moore recorded 13 saves to get the win for the Lady Eagles (1-1), who will host Kennesaw Mountain on Thursday.
