Mr. Charles “Holcombe” Healan, of Woodstock, GA passed away Friday March 8, 2013 at Heritage Hospice following an extended illness. He was 91. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ronald Healan and Pastor Lynn Enon officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Roswell with Woodstock Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held from 4-9 P.M. Monday, March 11, 2013 at Woodstock Funeral Home. Mr. Healan was born March 5, 1922 in Winder, GA to the late James Matthew and Maude Oakes Healan. Mr. Healan was self-employed as an independent insurance agent for several years in the North Georgia area. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Todd Healan in February 2003. Survivors include one daughter, Susan Cole (James), Woodstock, GA; one son, Larry Healan, Woodstock, GA; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and special cousins.
