WOODSTOCK—The Greenprints Alliance will conduct a public meeting tonight to explain Woodstock’s Master Plan of Trails and update residents about present and future trail projects.

The first Greenprints Alliance Community Outreach Meeting starts at 7 p.m. at The Chambers at City Center, and the Board of Directors will be there to answer questions from the audience.

Part of the meeting will include round-table groups for in-depth discussion, according to a news release.

Greenprints Alliance representatives will also present an overview of the organization, mission and vision at the meeting.

The Greenprints Alliance is a nonprofit organization, created to help make the city’s Master Park Plan a reality.

Approved in 2007, the city’s plan focuses on the use of Woodstock’s miles of natural space to lay out a trail network spanning more than 60 miles to provide future generations with natural space and an alternative travel method.
