HOLLY SPRINGS —The city of Holly Springs was honored in mid-December by the Government Finance Officers Association for the city’s comprehensive annual report.

Holly Springs City Manager Rob Logan was given the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, after an independent panel reviewed the report and found a “spirit of full disclosure,” according to the city.

The GFOA is a nonprofit service organization based in Chicago.
