Crittenton was among more than a dozen people arrested amid a metro Atlanta drug trafficking probe.
Fulton County sheriff's spokeswoman Tracy Flanagan said Thursday that Crittenton will remain jailed with no bond. She said his next hearing is set for Feb. 14.
Crittenton's attorney, Brian Steel, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that his client is innocent, adding they'll "fight any and every false allegation" against Crittenton.
At the time of Crittenton's arrest, he was out on bond awaiting trial on murder charges in the August 2011 shooting death of an Atlanta woman.
Crittenton played with Los Angeles, Memphis and Washington. He signed a non-guarantee contract with Charlotte Bobcats in 2010 before being waived.
