Early voting continues for District 22 runoff

CANTON — Voters in state House District 22 have a little more than a week to cast their ballots in early voting for the Feb. 4 runoff.

Early voting for the seat covering parts of Cherokee, Forsyth and Fulton counties is being held in Cherokee at the elections office at 400 East Main St. in Canton and will end at 5 p.m. Jan. 31.

Cherokee County candidates Meagan Biello and Sam Moore are squaring off for the seat after they were the top two vote-getters in a four-candidate race Jan. 7.

Voters can cast their ballots at the elections office from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and from Jan. 27 to 31.
