CANTON — The Georgia Department of Labor will help Belnick fill about 20 assembly and manufacturing jobs at an open house Thursday in Canton.

The GDOL and Belnick, which makes office chairs and other products, will play host to the event at the company’s facility at 4350 Ball Ground Highway from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Salaries begin at $10 an hour and the employer is set to discuss available shifts and benefits during interviews, the GDOL said in a news release.

The Department of Labor said job seekers will complete an application at the recruitment and interviews may take place after. A drug-screening test and a background check will also be done by the company on applicants.

For more information about the recruitment, contact the Cobb-Cherokee Career Center at 465 Big Shanty Road Marietta, or (770)-528-6100.
