The latest incident happened at 5 p.m. on Sunday on Running Deer Parkway near Cinema View in Towne Lake.
The victims, a 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl, said a man emerged from the bushes near the Cherokee 16 Cinemas movie theater on Cinema Way.
The man, who was nude, fondled himself in front of the girls. The girls kept walking to their destination and called 911.
Woodstock officers and Cherokee Sheriff's Office deputies responded within minutes, police said, and searched the area. The suspect was not found.
"The two girls reacted appropriately by continuing to walk away and notifying police and their parents immediately," said Sgt. Paul Brown, public information officer for the Woodstock police.
The suspect is described as a white male, 18 to 20 years old with a military style short haircut.
A man matching that description also reportedly exposed himself on Jan. 24 to two girls watching "The Tooth Fairy" movie at the Parkway Point 15 theater in Cobb County.
A similar incident also reportedly occurred recently in Forsyth County.
Brown said the Cinema Way suspect does not match the description of the man accused in a flashing incident last month outside the Chick-fil-A in Towne Lake.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police at (770) 592-6030.
