James Oneall King Jr., 79, of Canton, died April 10, 2010. He was born November 24, 1930 in Savannah, Georgia. Jim was a loving father, grandfather and proudly served 23 years in the U.S. Navy Seabee's. Jim was an avid hunter, gunsmith, beloved dog owner (Boo & Hillary) and enjoyed playing golf with his children. He was loved and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving family, a son and daughter-in-law; Jimmy and Kim King, daughters and son-in-laws; Billie and Bob Bigham, Julie and Tom Walde, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for April 29, 2010 at 11:00 located at National Cemetery in Canton Georgia. The Caring Staff of Darby Huey Funeral Home In charge of arrangements.
