Ethel M. Cantey, 91 of Smyrna, died Tuesday, June 1, 2010. A funeral service will be held today at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta. Reverend Vernon Worley will be officiating. Burial will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park in Canton. Ethel M. was a Georgia native and life long resident, previously of Woodstock. She retired from Jerry Crane's Drug Store in Woodstock and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her son, Terry Neese of Rome, GA; daughter, Joyce Mosley of Smyrna, GA; sister, Lois Dodson of Woodstock; grandchildren, Jamie & Sheila Medlin of Douglasville, GA, Sheila & Mike Petraroi of Gainesville, GA, Michelle & Mike Buchanan of Smyrna, GA & Tammy Duncan of Smyrna; great grandchildren, Jamie Medlin, Wesley Petraroi, Melissa Duncan, Blake Tutton, Kameron Kile, Mikey & Chance Petraroi; and great great grandchild, Jordan Duncan.
