Mr. Bennie Swancy, Jr., age 81, of Acworth, GA, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2010. Services are scheduled for 12:00 pm. Monday, June 28, 2010 from the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Donald Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1pm. until 9pm. and Sunday from 9am. until 9pm. at the funeral home. Survivors include children, Eugene Swancy of Dallas, Anthony Swancy of CA, Melonie Swancy of Acworth; sister, Geneva Gaspard of AK; 5 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
